Fusion

Fusion is a lightweight RSS reader built for self-hosting. It parses RSS and Atom feeds, discovers feeds automatically, and organizes subscriptions into groups. Its reading workflow includes unread tracking, bookmarks, search, and Google Reader-style keyboard shortcuts. Opened articles are automatically marked as read. A responsive web interface supports PWA use, while Fever API compatibility connects third-party clients including Reeder, Unread, and FeedMe. Deployment is available as a single binary or with Docker, and feed polling can be tuned by interval, timeout, concurrency, and maximum backoff. OIDC configuration provides an SSO alternative to password-only login. The interface includes English, Chinese, German, French, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, and Swedish translations.

It is intended for self-hosters who want a focused, distraction-free feed reader and prefer software they can deploy by single binary or Docker. It deliberately has no AI features. Community-maintained one-click deployment options are available for Fly.io and Railway. Settings are persisted in the backend, and sign-out requires confirmation.
