SimpleLogin

SimpleLogin is an open source email alias solution that helps protect your email address by letting you use aliases instead of sharing the address itself. Its features are available through browser extensions for supported web browsers and through mobile apps for phones and tablets. This provides access to its email alias functionality whether you prefer working in a browser or using a mobile device. SimpleLogin is licensed under the AGPL-3.0. It is for people who want to avoid sharing their email address directly and prefer to use aliases instead. SimpleLogin can replace Gmail when the main requirement is email alias functionality and protecting an address from direct exposure. However, it is not presented as a complete, like-for-like Gmail replacement: the available information describes an email alias solution with browser extensions and mobile apps, rather than a broader email service.
