Hyphanet

Hyphanet is an open source program for anonymously sharing files, browsing and publishing freesites, and communicating through forum discussions. Freesites are websites created and accessed within Hyphanet. Users can explore freesites published by other people, create and publish their own sites, exchange files anonymously, and participate in forums, all through the same program. It is intended for people who want to share files without revealing their identity, browse websites hosted inside the Hyphanet network, publish material there, or communicate through forums. Hyphanet is not identified as a replacement for any specific paid product. Its main difference from conventional web publishing is that freesites are not ordinary public websites: they can be accessed only through Hyphanet, so people using standard web browsers outside the network cannot visit them.
