LazyLibrarian

self-hosted

LazyLibrarian helps readers follow authors and organize the metadata associated with a digital reading collection. It gathers information about authors and books from Goodreads and LibraryThing, providing the details needed to keep track of the writers and titles in your collection. Google Books can also be enabled as an optional source to supplement the information returned by the two main services. By combining these sources, the program offers one place to retrieve author and book metadata for your digital reading needs. It is intended for people who manage digital reading collections and want an easier way to follow authors and track books. One limitation is that LazyLibrarian depends on external metadata services: Goodreads and LibraryThing are its primary sources, while Google Books is only an optional supplement. The author and book information available through the program is therefore based on what those services provide.
