Fredy

Fredy is an Apache-2.0-licensed automation program that searches for new apartments, houses, and flats in Germany. It checks property platforms including ImmoScout24 and Immowelt, along with other supported sources. When a new listing matches your search, Fredy sends the result immediately through Slack, Telegram, or another supported service. This brings updates from several German property platforms into the communication channel you prefer. Fredy is intended for people searching for housing in Germany who want to receive new matching listings without repeatedly checking multiple property sites. It can replace a paid Zapier setup for this specific alert workflow. Its main limitation is its narrow focus: Fredy is designed around German property searches and listing notifications, and the available information does not describe support for unrelated automation tasks.
