mikochi

Mikochi manages files in remote folders and streams them to VLC or mpv. It is for people who need to work with stored files remotely while using either of those media players. Its folder browser lets users move through remote locations to find the file they need. Upload support adds files to a remote folder, while download support retrieves them. Rename changes a file's name, and delete removes it. Streaming sends a selected file to VLC or mpv for playback. The main limitation is its narrow player support: the available streaming targets are VLC and mpv. Users committed to another player would need to use one of those two applications for Mikochi's streaming function when playing a streamed remote file.
