Sharry
Sharry shares files over the internet between authenticated and anonymous users, with resumable uploads and downloads in both directions. It is for people who need to send files to others, receive files from others, or do both without requiring every participant to authenticate. An authenticated user can exchange files with an anonymous user, and anonymous users can take part in either side of a transfer. Resumable transfers help when an upload or download does not finish in one attempt, since the transfer can resume rather than start again. Sharry is focused on internet-based file exchange. It is not an offline transfer tool, so it does not cover file sharing without an internet connection. Its practical distinction is the combination of authenticated and anonymous participation with uploads and downloads that can resume.
