RERO ILS
RERO ILS is a large-scale integrated library system that runs library services with consortial features. Designed primarily for library networks, it brings circulation, acquisitions, cataloging, and most other standard ILS modules into one system. It can be run as a service and provides web-based public and professional interfaces. The public interface gives library users web-based access, while the professional interface supports work with the system's library modules. Its consortial features make it relevant to networks that manage services across participating libraries. RERO ILS focuses on network-scale use rather than being intended primarily for standalone libraries. One limitation is that it includes most standard modules, not every standard module. A library network should confirm that the modules it needs are included before choosing it.
